1. What is Luxury Life?

Luxury Life is an exclusive e-store which aims to provide range of premium to semi-luxury brand accessories (for all ages) from recognized foreign brands at best quality and price.

2. Are the products local or imported?

We import all the products which we sell on our e-store. The products are imported from authentic and verified stores in US, UK and China.

3. Are all the products genuine?

Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and are sourced only from authentic stores worldwide.

4. What about delivery time and shipping charges?

Since, we import all our products, hence it takes longer time than the local e-commerce sites. Standard Delivery time for our products is 12-30 days; however we also offer Premium Shipping for some of our high-demanding products.

5. Do I need to pay import duty on the products I buy?

Absolutely NOT.

6. What are the available payment options?

You can pay us via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and Wallets. However, COD/EMI method is not available.

7. How can I track my order?

You can track it using our Order Tracker. You can also find it in footer or in Main Menu under 'Need help? -> Track Your Order'.

8. Do we have any outlets?

We are on the way to start outlets as well, but for now, we only sell online. Do not fall for the trap of any fraudulent risk claiming to be us.
